HOUSE RULES
Please take a moment to review the House Rules to avoid any issues during your stay.
We respect that you have invested time and resources to plan something special, and we want you to have a wonderful time. However, our neighbors have a right to peace and quiet. Please ensure all members of your group read and follow these rules:
OUTSIDE AREA
- Please move all guests inside by 9:00 PM and close the back doors.
- The house is a great base to bring everyone together, but it is not a party venue. We are in a residential area and are serious about protecting our neighbors and our business.
- If neighbors complain about noise from the backyard and a staff member must visit the property, a $500 donation from your bond will be made to MND Australia.
- If noise issues persist and require subsequent call-outs, you will forfeit 100% of your bond, your rental agreement will be terminated, and you will be asked to leave immediately.
- Do not leave the dining chairs outside. They are not weather-resistant.
MUSIC SYSTEMS
- As noted during booking, external music systems are not allowed on the property.
GUESTS
- Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Our Villas are not event or party venues.
