Located on the footsteps of world famous Bondi Beach, our Jet Flamingo’s Luxe Villa is perfectly situated for deluxe summer living. You can smell the salt water from the house and feel the Bondi atmosphere around you. Accommodating up to 12 guests in 3 King bedrooms, a ‘King Single’ twin bedroom and a fun double bunk room, the house is perfect for groups (friends/ corporate/ wedding) or extended families.

THE SPACE
With FREE unlimited superfast top-tier NBN WIFI available throughout the villa, accommodating up to max 8 guests in 4 King bedrooms and a fun quad bunkroom for 4 adults/kids, the house is perfect for groups (friends/ wedding/ corporate/ etc) or extended families.

JET FLAMINGO LUXE Villa is clean and fresh and features a fully equipped kitchen and living area that is set up to accommodate groups up to 12 people. There is a large outside dining table in the Euro-style courtyard that is perfect for dining and get-together’s both summer and winter.There are multiple chill-out areas with large smart Samsung TV’s for chilling.
JF LUXE is our 3rd Jet Flamingo villa in Bondi and sits alongside our other two Villas. . All beds have luxurious 5* hotel mattresses and all bedding has natural fibre 5* hotel quality linen, with all stays including additional towels and beach-towels.
LUXE villa features a washing machine and dryer for laundering your clothes during your stay. There is enough seating and chairs for your group to relax & enjoy our unique and very fun focussed Bondi villa. There is off-street parking for two cars with additional parking for a further two cars if needed possible over the kerb.Jet Flamingo’s ‘The Beach House’ is a fun casual house and was built with socialising and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories; we look forward to welcoming you.
The villa has a strict NO PARTY policy & we do NOT accept Bucks or Bachelor parties at all. The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a Bucks weekend.
CHECKING IN
We will contact you a few days prior to arrival to discuss the check-in process, you will be required to complete the online check-in including a copy of certified ID, once completed you will be given the access codes to let yourself into the house from 3pm.
You will be contacted by SMS by our support team, please use this for any issues during your stay - we are here to help.
If you would like to see the property manager in person, we are not far away - just let us know via the SMS chat.
Security Bond – we will require a valid credit card or cards to pre-authorise a $2000 bond at check-in.
The funds are held within your credit card facility and released upon checkout, we do not recieve any funds - return of the funds, or restoration of your credit limit depends on your bank but can be up to 7 days from swiping the card.
The bond is there, to help prevent breaking of house rules - we take our neigbours peace and quiet seriously and due to council regulations any breach of these rules especially considering parties or late night noise can result in termination of the stay, eviction and loss of bond - we do not want this to happen.
Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of two cupboard storage areas.
